At times you may need to share a folder and its contents with other Atlanta Mission staff members for the purposes of collaboration.
This article describes how to share a folder and its contents in a Sharepoint site. To learn how to share a document in a Sharepoint site, click here.
1. Select the Folder you'd like to share.
2. Click Share.
3. Enter the name of the Atlanta Mission staff member(s) you'd like to share the folder with.
For security purposes, Sharepoint folders and documents cannot be shared with individuals outside of Atlanta Mission. If there is a unique circumstance where you do need to share a document or folder out to an outside party, please contact the Systems team.
4. Press the pencil.
5. Select whether you want the staff member to be able to edit everything within the folder or simply to view the contents and the folder.
6. Press Send.
Your folder and its contents have been shared!
