At times, we need to communicate to an entire room of parents/guardians at once, whether to let them know about a field trip, a childcare closure, etc.

1. Click Messaging.
2. Click New Message.
3. Select Parents.
4. Select Entire Rooms.
5. Select the Rooms you want to message.
6. Click Next.
7. Enter your message.
8. Click Send Message.
