Teams Virtual Rooms offers a convenient way to start, join, and control Teams Video meetings in a conference room from a controller.
This article provides instructions on how you can start an instant Teams Virtual Rooms meeting from the controller. To join your prescheduled Teams Virtual Rooms meeting, click here.
Start an Instant Meeting
1. Locate the controller in the room.
2. Tap Meet now on the controller to start an instant meeting.
3. Type in the names of your guests and tap to select their contact names.
4. Click Start Meeting.
Your invited guests will hear a call on their devices. Once they join, the meeting will start on the Teams Virtual Rooms Controller and on the TV.
After joining the meeting, the iPad Controller screen will be displayed as follows.
