When client arrives for their appointment with their Case Manager, they need to check in with Qminder to be served in a timely fashion and to know where they are in line.

Qminder is currently only in use at Restoration House.
1. Client visits one of the check in iPads in the lobby.
2. Client clicks Existing Clients: Check-in for your Scheduled Appt.
3. Client enters First and Last Name.
4. Client selects their Case Manager from Who is your appointment with?.
5. Clients may enter their cell phone number if they want to receive text messages updating them on their wait.
6. Client presses Check In.
The applicant's first name and last name initial are now displaying on the waiting area tv's in order of check-in.
