At times, a client may check-in for the wrong Case Manager. If you discover that someone else's client checks-in to see you, you need to transfer them to the correct Case Manager.

1. Click on the Client's Name.
2. Select Caseworker Name and change to the correct Case Manager.
3. Click Assign to.
4. Select the correct Case Manager.
The Case Manager you assigned the client to has been alerted and they are able to see them in their queue.
