Messaging a Client Once They've Checked-in

At times, you may need to send a message to a client once they've checked in. You may need to alert them that you're running late or to remind them to bring documentation. In addition, they may have messaged you in Qminder and you need to respond.

This article describes how to message a client if they've provided their phone number.

1. Click on the Client's Name.

2. Scroll down until you see Write a message to visitor.

3. Type your message.

4. Click Send.

The client has just received your message on their phone.
