How a Client Books an Appointment with their Case Manager

Clients can now book appointments with case managers on their team in order to take ownership of their progress.

This article describes how a client books an appointment with their case manager.

1. Client visits one of the Scheduling and Check-In Kiosks.

2. Clicks Schedule a Services Team Appointment.

3. Clicks Schedule a "Case Manager role" Appointment button based on the team member they need to see.

4. Selects the name of the staff member they need to see.

In some cases, a client will also select the length of session based on what they need.

4. Scrolls down to the calendar.

5. Selects the date they'd like to schedule an appointment for.

6. Selects the time they'd like to schedule the appointment at.

7. Types their First and last name.

8. Types their Email if they have one.

9. Types their Phone Number if they have one.

10. Enters in any Notes concerning their schedule appointment.

11. Clicks Book.

The client has booked their appointment.

If the client provided an email, they just received a confirmation email as well as a calendar invite.

The staff member will also receive a confirmation email and their schedule will be updated.
