Teams Virtual Rooms offers a convenient way to start, join, and control Teams Virtual Video meetings in a conference room from a controller.

1. Manage the active view on the screen.
2. React with emojis to something an attendee has shared.
3. Share screen.
4. Click the three dots to see more controls. Click here to learn more.
5. Adjust volume.
6. Turn the Teams Virtual Rooms camera on and off.
No video on the screen? Make sure the lens protector is removed from the soundbar.
7. Mute and unmute the Teams Virtual Rooms mic.
9. Admit non-employee guests.

11. Manage meeting participants (mute, turn off video).
Additional Controls
12. Record your meeting.
13. This option is currently not enabled from the TV. But you can join the meeting from your computer and share a whiteboard.
14. Turn on live closed captioning.
15. Turn off incoming video from all virtual participants.
16. Call an individual to join the meeting virtually by audio.
17. Anyone with a Smartphone that has joined the meeting can control the meeting from the app on their phone. You can turn this remote control off here.
