Clients at MSH can request time away by filling out a digital Pass Request Form, available through the MSH kiosks or a QR code. Submitted requests are collected into a central spreadsheet, which is reviewed each morning by designated staff including Advocates, the SG Lead, and CRS. Each request is then either approved or denied based on the information provided.
From the Salesforce homepage.
1. Click ✅MSH Client Form Approvals.
2. Locate new requests for your approval.
Tips for Reviewing Passes:
- Advocates: Look for your name listed under Advocate Name on any row that is gray or white. Once located, review the Type of Pass on that line.
- CRS Staff: Look for a Type of Pass labeled Medical on any row that is gray or white.
3. Review the information provided for the pass request.
Approve
4. Click the dropdown arrow in the Approved? cell.
5. Select Approved.
6. Double click on the Date Reviewed cell.
7. Select the Date Reviewed.
The line will turn green showing that the request is approved.
Now that you've approved the pass, you can record the pass in Salesforce.
Deny
4. Click the dropdown arrow in the Approved? cell.
5. Select Denied.
6. Double click on the Date Reviewed cell.
7. Select the Date Reviewed.
8. Enter the Denial Reason.
The line will turn red showing that the request is denied.
