Cancelling a Client's Appointment

At times, you may need to cancel a client's appointment. Perhaps you had something come up, or someone else's client booked time with you.

This article describes how to cancel a client's appointment.

1. Visit the Intranet.

2. Click the Bookings icon.

3. Scroll down to Shared booking pages.

4. Locate the correct page and click on it.

  • If you're an Advocate, select MSH Advocates.
  • If you're a Counselor, select MSH Counselors.
  • If you're a Social Worker, select MSH Social Worker.
  • If you're a Sustain and Grow lead, select MSH Sustain and Grow.
  • If you're the MP Leader, select MSH Grievances.

5. Select only your name from the staff list.

6. Click on the appointment you'd like to cancel.

7. Click Cancel.

7. Type in a message to explain why you're cancelling the appointment.

8. Click Send Cancellation.
