Calling and Serving the Next Client

Once a client is checked into Qminder for their Case Manager appointment, we need to alert them as they reach the top of the waiting list. Once we've finished serving the applicant, we need to remove them from the list.

Calling the Next Client

1. Select the client you're calling.

Look at the Caseworker name to ensure the client is checking in to see you.

2. Click Call Visitor.

The client's name will appear on the waiting room tv's with an alert sound. If the client entered their phone number at check-in, they will also receive a text message alerting them that they've been called.

No Show?

If the applicant is a no show after calling them, click the three dots next to Call Next and select No Show. They will be removed from the line.

Finish Serving the Applicant

3.  Once the applicant has been served, click Finish serving.
