When an employee's title or location changes, or if Atlanta Mission has a brand update, we need to make sure we update our email signatures to have the correct information and logo.
This article describes how to update your email signature in Outlook with Atlanta Mission's Email Signature Builder.
1. Visit this website: https://atlantamission.org/wp-content/themes/atlantamission/email-signature/
2. Enter your Name.
3. Enter your Title.
4. Select your Campus.
If you work at MSC, do not select a campus.
5. Enter your Office Phone. (Use dashes - in between the numbers. i.e. 111-111-1111)
If you're not sure of your phone number, visit the AM Phone Directory.
You have the option to enter your Cell Phone if you prefer to provide it to other employees, outside parties, and/or clients.
You also have the option to include Button Text if you have a Bookings Link, form, or other website you'd like to direct individuals to from your email. Ensure you include the website link under Button URL.
6. Right click inside the Dotted Line.
7. Click Select All.
8. Right click on the highlight.
9. Click Copy.
10. Open a new tab or window in your internet browser.
11. Visit https://outlook.office.com/mail/
12. Click the gear icon.
13. Below Settings, search for email signature.
14. Click Email Signature.
15. Click Delete to remove your old signature.
16. Enter a Name for your new signature.
17. Right click in the signature box.
18. Click Paste.
19. Press Save.
20. Under Select default signatures, select your new signature next to For New Messages.
21. Select your new signature next to For Replies/Forwards.
22. Press Save.
