1. Download the Microsoft Authenticator app to your phone from either the Apple store or the Play store.

2. Login to your Outlook account.

3. When you see this screen, click Next.

4. Click Next.

5. Open the Microsoft Authenticator App on your phone.

6. Click the + symbol.

7. Select Work or school account.

8. On your computer, click Next.

9. In the phone app, click Scan QR Code.

10. Scan the QR code on your computer with the Microsoft Authenticator app.

11. When you see the number on your computer screen, type the number into the app on your phone.

12. Click Next.
