BCC Respondents on an Email Message

Atlanta Mission uses Outlook.com for all internal and external email communication. If you add a recipient's name to the Bcc (blind carbon copy) box in an email message, a copy of the message is sent to that recipient, but that name is not visible to other recipients of the message.

1. Visit https://outlook.office.com.

2.  Select New Mail.

3. On the To line, enter the name or email address of yourself if you're planning to BCC everyone, otherwise, enter those that you don't plan to BCC.

4. Click BCC.

5. Enter the names or email address of the recipients in the Bcc box.

6. Enter your Subject.

7. Type your message.

8. Click Send.

You can find the message you sent in Sent Items.
