We need to provide a receipt for each credit card expense made on an Atlanta Mission corporate card. When you receive a physical receipt, it can sometimes get lost before you code your report.
To solve this, the Concur Smartphone App has an option to take a photo of the receipt immediately after receiving it and upload it into a receipt bank for use later when you code your statement.
This article describes how to add a photo of a receipt into Concur for future use.
1. Click Receipt.
2. Center your phone camera over the receipt until it's clear on your screen.
3. Click the Circle Button.
If you have multiple pages of a receipt or if your receipt is as long as the state of Florida, you can click the multipage icon in the middle of the top bar and snap multiple pics of your receipt.
4. Review the image to make sure you've captured the whole receipt.
5. Click Done.
Your receipt has now been added to the receipt bank and when your expense appears in Concur, you can add it.
