When an employee assigns their Invoice to their supervisor, their supervisor needs to review and approve their transactions and the associated codes.

1. Click on Invoice or Invoices.
2. Click on the Invoice Name.
3. Click View Invoice and review the invoice.
4. Review the Description and Amount to make sure they're accurate.
5. Scroll down.
6. Review the individual line items and ensure Expense Types, Departments, and Event Codes (if in Development) are correct.
7. If all is correct, click Submit Invoice.
If something is incorrect, you can either correct it yourself or you can Assign the invoice back to the employee.
