When an employee assigns their Invoice to their supervisor, their supervisor needs to review and approve their transactions and the associated codes.

1. Click on Approvals.
2. Click on Invoice Submission.
3. Click on the Invoice Name.
4. Click Images and review the invoice.
5. Click Summary.
6. Review the Description and Amount to make sure they're accurate.
7. Click Line items.
8. Click each individual Line Item.
9. Confirm that Expense Types, Departments, and Event Codes (if in Development) are correct.
10. Press the left-pointing arrow to return to all line-items and continue to review.
11. Once you've reviewed all line items, press Submit.
If something is incorrect, you can either correct it yourself or you can Assign the invoice back to the employee.
