When an individual is interested in bringing their group to volunteer at Atlanta Mission, they fill out the Group Volunteer Form. Once they fill out form, a task is created in the Volunteer: Group Onboarding project in Asana in the Review section. It will automatically assign to the person who overseas that group size or preferred service activity area.
We need to review the request and complete some initial tasks. This article describes how to review the Group Volunteer Request.
1. Click on the Volunteer: Group Onboarding project.
2. Select the task you want to review.
3. Review the group request details.
4. Accomplish each subtask and check them off.
5. Once all Review subtasks are complete, move the task to Connect.
Once your task is moved, new subtasks will be assigned and the due date will change.
