Reviewing a Volunteer's Interest

When an individual is interested in volunteering in High Impact roles at Atlanta Mission, they fill out the Volunteer Interest Form. Once they fill out form, a task is created in the 🀝Volunteer: Individual Onboarding project in Asana in the 🏁 Initial section. It will automatically assign to the VCM.

We need to review the interest and complete some initial tasks. This article describes how to review the Individual Volunteer Interest.

From the Volunteer's Asana Task.

1. Review the individual interest details.

3. Scroll down to the subtasks.

4. Check off  πŸ‘€Review Individual Volunteer Submission.

5. If the interested volunteer has booked a meeting with you, check off πŸ“†Volunteer scheduled call? Follow-up if not.

6. If the interested volunteer has booked a meeting with you, change the due date of the subtask πŸ‘©β€πŸ’»Meet Virtually with Interested Volunteer.

7. If the interested volunteer has booked a meeting with you, change the due date of the subtask Answer πŸ™Œ Opportunity fits?
