Update the 💻📆 VRM Screening Date

Updated on

After we've sent the Volunteer the Volunteer Scheduling Email, we need to follow up and make sure that they've scheduled time with us. If they have, we need to mark that date in Asana.

Volunteer Has Not Scheduled Time

Five days after we've sent the volunteer the scheduling email, if we haven't heard back from the volunteer, we need to send a follow-up message to them.

From the Volunteer's Asana Task.

1. Send the Volunteer a follow-up message.

2. Scroll down to Subtasks.

3. Check off 📆Volunteer scheduled call? Follow-up if not.

Done. Wait until you hear back from the volunteer. If you don't, add a comment about not hearing back and check off the overall task.
