Mark whether the Volunteer is βœ… Approved for Opportunity?

After a VRM has met with the Volunteer concerning the opportunities they're interested in, the VRM needs to indicate whether or not the Volunteer is Approved and if they are approved, what opportunities they are approved for.

Volunteer is Approved

From the Volunteer Task in Asana.

1. Click βœ… Approved for Opportunity?.

2. Select Yes.

3. Click πŸ›πŸ‘¨β€πŸ« Approved Opportunities.

4. Select the Opportunities they are approved for.

5. Scroll down to Subtasks.

6. Check off Answer βœ… Approved for Opportunity?

7. Check off Update πŸ›πŸ‘¨β€πŸ« Approved Opportunities.

8. In VolunteerHub, add the volunteer to the correct Approved UserGroup.

9. Check off πŸ’»Place Volunteer in the Approved User Group in VHub.

12. Scroll up to the fields.

13. Click the πŸ—“οΈOn-Campus Onboarding Date field.

14. Select the On-Campus Onboarding Date.

15. Scroll down to Subtasks.

16. Check off πŸ—“οΈSchedule Campus Onboarding.

Done! Now we wait for the on-campus onboarding.

Volunteer is Not Approved

From the Volunteer Task in Asana.

1. Click βœ…Approved for Opportunity?.

2. Select No.

3. Scroll down to Subtasks.

4. Check off Answer βœ…Approved for Opportunity?

5. Follow-up with the volunteer to offer alternative opportunities.

6. Check off ☎️Follow-up call with Volunteer to discuss denial and recommend other opportunities.

7. Check off βœ”οΈComplete Overall Task.

8. Check off the Overall Task.

Done!

APPROVED!
