10. Follow-up Process of Group Volunteer Request

After a group serves, we capture the essentials in Salesforce: member roster and emails, VEA notes and actual headcount, and affiliations, so Volunteer Services and High Engagement have clear visibility. Then close the loop by thanking the Group Lead and sharing a brief impact summary.

From the Group Volunteer Task.

1. Affiliate the group members from the past week.

2. Check off the Affiliate members in Salesforce subtask.

3. Log all emails with the group lead to the Group Salesforce Account.

4. Check off the Ensure all emails in email chains have been connected to SF Account.

5. Update the Group Activity in Salesforce and add in any notes from the VEA.

6. Check off the Update Group Activity in SF with how many volunteers attended subtask.

7. Check off the Add Notes from VEAs subtask.

8. Thank the group leader and share impact via email.

9. Check off the Thank the group leader and share impact subtask.

10. Check off the Group task.
