Mark a Group as πŸ‘» Ghosted

Updated on

Use the Ghosted status when a group lead never schedules a call after the initial and automated follow-up emails, or when they stop responding during planning. Once the configured waiting window has passed with no reply, mark the task as Ghosted to keep the pipeline clean while preserving notes for future re-engagement.

This article explains how to apply Ghosted to the task.

From the πŸ‘₯Volunteer: Group Onboarding project.

1. Select the group task.

2. Scroll down to πŸ‘»Ghosted.

3. Select Yes.

The task has been marked as Ghosted and has auto-completed.
