Use Sending the Group URL Link once the group is placed in a Volunteer Opportunity and the User Group and Event Landing Page are created in VolunteerHub and we are within 30 days of the event. At this point, you must apply the designated tag in VolunteerHub to trigger the automated email to the Group Leader with the event details and the registration URL. The system will not send this email until you add the tag.
From the Group Volunteer Task.
1. Scroll down to Tags.
2. Click the +.
3. Click 🔗Send Group URL.
The email has been sent to the Group Lead.
