Once a VRM and Volunteer have met for their Campus Onboarding, the VRM needs to add the Volunteer to the approved user group in Volunteer Hub and send the volunteer their onboarding information.
From the Volunteer's Asana Task.
1. Check off π’Attend On-Campus Onboarding.
2. In VolunteerHub, add the volunteer to the correct Approved UserGroup.
3. Check off π»Place Volunteer in the Approved User Group in VHub.
4. Scroll up to Tags.
5. Click the Plus icon.
6. Click πSend Vol Onboarding.
7. Check off π§Send Volunteer Landing Page and Training Guides.
Done! Now we wait for them to schedule their first date.
