This article explains how to update the priority or description of a work order when additional details are needed or the original priority was selected incorrectly.
1. Select the ๐ ๏ธWork Orders Project.
2. Select the Work Order you want to comment on.
Priority
3. Click into the Priority field and select the correct Priority.
The due date was updated based on Priority.
Description
3. Scroll down to the description.
4. Click into the Description and add your text.
The description has been updated.
