Once the work is done, the task must be marked complete. This ensures accurate tracking, closes the request, and keeps maintenance records up to date.
This article explains how to complete a Work Order or Preventive Maintenance (PM) task.
1. Select the ๐ ๏ธWork Orders Project.
2. Select the Work Order or PM you'd like to complete.
3. Click Mark complete.
The Work Order or PM has now been completed and the Campus Requestor has received an email alerting them that the work is complete.
