Preventive Maintenance (PM) requests are created by the Operations Administrator to schedule recurring maintenance work. These requests include all required details up front so tasks can be generated consistently and completed on schedule.
This article explains how to create a Preventive Maintenance request and properly fill in all required information.
1. Visit the PM form.
2. Select the 🏢Campus for the PM.
3. Select the building Area.
4. Select the Location.
5. Answer the Area follow-up questions.
6. If needed, enter the Asset.
7. Select the Category.
8. Enter the PM Description.
9. Enter the first Due Date of the PM.
10. Select the Frequency.
11. Click Submit.
12. Click View request.
13. Click the Due Date.
14. Click More.
15. Click Set to repeat.
16. Select the correct Frequency.
17. Click Set.
The task will now duplicate the next time it's completed with the next due date.
