Sometimes a Work Order turns out to be more than a quick fix and needs to be tracked as aProjectinstead. This article explains when and why to convert a Work Order to a Project, and how to update the Maintenance Type so the work is tracked correctly.
1. Select the 🛠️Work Orders Project.
2. Select the Work Order you want to convert.
3. Click into Maintenance Type.
4. Select Project.
5. Press Done.
The work order has been converted to a Project. It will also appear in the 🏗️ Open Facilities Projects project.
