This article explains how to update the priority or description of a work order when additional details are needed or the original priority was selected incorrectly.
1. Select the ๐ ๏ธWork Orders Project.
2. Select the Work Order you want to comment on.
Priority
3. Click into the Priority field
4. Select the correct Priority.
5. Click Done.
The due date was updated based on Priority.
Description
3. Scroll down and click into to the description.
4. Add your text to the description.
5. Click Save.
The description has been updated.
