Projects differ from Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance (PMs) in that they often require more time, funding, and sometimes outside vendors to complete. While Projects live within the Work Orders project as their own task type, they can also be reviewed together in one place underOpen Work Orders.
This article explains how to review open Projects and understand their current status.
1. Login to Asana.
2. Hover on the Facilities portfolio.
3. Click 🏗️ Open Facilities Projects.
4. To view the specifics of a Project, hover on the task in question.
5. Click the arrow to the right of the task name.
6. Scroll through the task itself to view details and any comments.
