While on a call, you may need to transfer the caller to another Atlanta Mission employee or campus. To transfer calls directly to the other party, follow the steps in this article to perform a "blind" transfer.
If you need to speak with the receiving party, you'll need to perform a "consultative transfer."
1. Press the transfer soft key or the button that looks like a phone pointing at another phone.
When you press Transfer, the original caller is automatically placed on hold.

2. Press the blind soft key.

3. Dial the extension.

4. Press the transfer soft key to connect the call.
