Your desk phone PIN is used to access voicemail messages through your desk phone. If you forgot your PIN or simply want to change it, follow the steps below to update it in the online account.
Login to the Ring Central Website
Visit https://login.ringcentral.com and login with your Atlanta Mission email address and the your Ring Central password.
Forgot your password? No problem. Enter the email address and click "Next". Click "Forgot Password?" on the next screen and Ring Central will send you an email to help reset your password. If you are still having trouble logging in, click here to request help from the Systems team.
Click on Settings in the top left menu
Change your PIN
1. Click on User Details.
2. Click Change Password.
3. Click Yes to proceed on the Confirmation popup.
4. Type in your current Ring Central password and click Next.
5. Click Change PIN.
6. Enter your new PIN.
Your PIN must be:
- Only digits
- Not sequential (e.g. "1234", "7890")
- Not repeating (e.g. "222", "050505")
- No account information (e.g. your extension number, your phone number)
- Length 6-10 digits
7. Reenter your new PIN.
8. Click save.
