Accessing voicemails

1. Navigate to Phone icon on the bottom menu bar.

2. Tap Voicemails on the upper right.

The Voicemail tab contains the list of all voicemail messages that you have received. Here, you can use the search field at the top to search for a voicemail from a specific contact, filter voicemails that you have not listened to, listen to voicemails, delete voicemails, and more.

3. Click on a specific voicemail preview to listen to, delete, or forward it.

Managing Your Voicemails

1. Share: Tap the share icon at top right to share the voicemail message as a .mp3 file via text, email, etc.

2. Mark unread: Tap the gray flag icon at the top right corner to mark the voicemail message as unread

3. Play: Tap the play button to start playing the voicemail. You can use the slider beneath this button to fast forward or backward within the recording

4. Message: Tap the blue message icon in the bottom left corner to send a direct message to the sender if the caller is in your contacts list. Tap this icon to send a text message if the caller is not in your contacts list

5. Call: Tap the green phone button to call the sender

5. Delete: Tap the red trash bin to delete the voicemail message from your list of received voicemails. Tap Delete once more in the modal window to confirm

Voicemail transcriptions will automatically show in the middle of the screen above the slider. Note that sometimes, the transcription can provide humor for your day as it may misinterpret words or grammar. If you find a hilarious transcription, please share your blessing with Bonnie for her good.

Way to tackle that voicemail pile! Also, this GIF has nothing to do with voicemail, but you deserve it.
