Use the πŸ“‹ Planning Process stage once a Group Lead has replied and you’re actively shaping their visit. In this phase, review the details and preferences they shared, research suitable opportunities, and collaborate with the team as needed. When ready, reach back out to the Group Lead with tailored options and clear next steps.

From the πŸ‘₯Volunteer: Group Onboarding project.

1. Select the task.

2. Move the task to the πŸ“‹Planning section.

3. Scroll down to the Subtasks.

4. Research matching available opportunities and check off the subtask.

5. Email  Group Leader with a recap and check off the subtask.

6. Select possible opportunities to offer and check off the subtask.

7. If Out-of-scope, discuss with team and check off the subtask.

8. Follow-up with Group Leader and check off the subtask.

Once the Group Lead lands on an activity, it's time to move to the Place Process.
